These terms govern your access to OTP Pool websites, dashboards, virtual numbers, inboxes, and related services. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement.
- Account information must be accurate and kept current.
- You are responsible for credentials, activity, and authorized team members.
Acceptable use
Use OTP Pool only for legitimate communication, testing, and verification workflows. Fraud, harassment, unsolicited messaging, identity abuse, unlawful surveillance, and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.
Orders, availability, and pricing
Inventory, route availability, delivery timing, and prices may change. An order is confirmed only when the checkout flow accepts it. Third-party platforms can reject or delay messages outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close access when required for security, legal compliance, payment risk, abuse prevention, or a material breach of these terms.
Liability
Services are provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, OTP Pool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by carrier, platform, network, or third-party failures.
