Digital services do not have physical returns
OTP Pool supplies digital access to virtual numbers and message routes. There is no physical product to ship back. A return request therefore means a request to cancel or correct an eligible unused service.
When we can review a return
- The number was not issued after payment.
- The purchased route was unavailable before use.
- A material technical defect prevented the service from starting.
When a return is not available
Used numbers, delivered messages, completed verification sessions, expired rental periods, user configuration errors, and misuse are not returnable.
Request process
Contact support promptly with the order ID, country, service, timestamp, and supporting screenshots. We may offer replacement inventory, account credit, or another remedy under the Refund Policy.
