Available payment methods are shown during checkout and can vary by country, currency, risk review, and provider availability.
Authorization and account credit
A payment is complete only after the provider confirms settlement and OTP Pool credits the corresponding account balance or order. Pending or failed payments do not create service entitlement.
Pricing and currency
Checkout displays the applicable price before confirmation. Your provider may apply conversion charges, network fees, taxes, or other costs outside OTP Pool control.
Security and verification
Payments can be subject to fraud screening, identity checks, transaction limits, and provider requirements. Do not send funds to channels that are not shown in the official checkout.
Chargebacks and disputes
Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can reconcile the transaction. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
